Historic buildings are sought throughout Lincolnshire and the neighbouring counties where there is potential for repair and conversion to viable commercial or social use.
Residential Development Land
Small sites in Lincolnshire required. Up to 2 acres suitable for low density development with detached dwellings. Joint ventures considered.
London Property
Freehold retail premises with upper parts (residential or storage) required in central London. Older buildings in conservation areas preferred and, in particular, those requiring some repair or improvement.
Museum Site (Rural)
Up to 2 acres of land with redundant farm buildings required to house leisure-related museum. 5,000 sq.ft. of accommodation needed but larger premises considered. Condition unimportant but must have good road access.
